Ayar and Akira One-Shot"Big brother, do you ever wonder what our Papa was like?"
"...Sometimes Ki, why do you ask?"
"I... I was wondering if Mama would like me more if we had a Papa."
Her brother's concerned blue orbs stared into her own, peering into them as if he could somehow unearth the source of her worries that way. "Akira," He started in a stern tone, and the she-pup winced slightly at the usage of her full name. "I'm sure Mother likes you very much, she just has... a harder time showing it. Don't worry about it."
Despite his sickly state, he managed to reach over and tug his sister into his nest, which with her small size and his thinner frame allowed the two to fit just fine. He gently nuzzled his sister, and she returned the gesture, finding comfort in his soft and fluffy white coat. The two pups sat there, merely basking in the presence of their other half, though both dreaded the moment their mother would awake and chase Akira out of Ayar's nest again.
"...Ayar." The larger pup let out a small
Arabesque and Lorcan - One ShotArabesque & Lorcan
She had never meant for things to turn out the way they did. Things were innocent at first, and that was what tricked Arabesque. She had been on her own for some time, having left her birth pack. Arabesque was sore and bitter over the abandonment of her mate. If Kalei truly loved her, he would have accompanied her on her journey, especially if it was something as important as meeting her father and reuniting the family that had been torn to shreds by his absence. When she first met Lorcan, Arabesque was entranced. The vagabond held a certain wild, untamed quality about him that Arabesque loved. Before she knew what was happening, Lorcan was a constant in her life, even if for a short time. Lorcan become a partner of travel for her, a companion. Arabesque spilled her problems to him, lonely and in need of comfort. He had charming words, a silver tongue. He told her what she wanted to hear. Lorcan assured her she would find her father and out her family again. H
Savitari One-ShotSavitari One Shot
When she stood in that arena across from her brother, Savitari would never have recognized him except by name. Ikrimah was not who he once was, but Savitari wasn't either, she supposed. Change had been inevitable, cursed to be born into the life she led. From a young age she had been taught to remain distant, to never allow herself such foolish things as personal attachment to what she could lose so easily. Perhaps had she led a different life she and Ikrimah would have been friends. Perhaps they would have been the type of siblings who shared everything with each other and who would sacrifice life and limb for one another. But that was not the case, and the wolf that stood before her was no longer her brother. She had killed before, Kenzo had made sure to teach that to her. This would be easy.
And it was. Not the fight so much as the killing aspect, but either way Savitari came out victorious. Dealing with Azhar was the hard part. Her other brother was not shy
Calix One-ShotCalix - Beginnings
His entrance to the world was humble, if slightly rushed. He was born a few days late in the comfort of a Sanatora's den, regardless of the fact that it was not of his pack. The first thing he smelled, of course, was his mother. Her milky scent was comfort, safety, while this new world was daunting. It was dark, much like the previous one had been, but this one was cold and dry and earth surrounded him so that if he were to wander too far in either direction the solid walls came up to meet him. At first everything was quiet and empty, and it was not hard for Calix to lose himself in the disconnectedness of it all. His time was consumed with worries of nothing more than his next meal, a thing provided for him routinely from the mother he had grown so fond of. There was another, a small squirming bundle that he took comfort in. It was familiar, and they had been together since he was brought into this world and possibly even before. His world was dull, without a
